The Young Women and Youth Empowerment Program is a transformative initiative designed to uplift and equip individuals with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to lead, innovate, and thrive. The program will operate on multiple levels—fostering leadership, providing mentorship, and delivering essential skill-building workshops that enable participants to take charge of their future and create sustainable impact within their communities.

Core Aspects of the Initiative:

1. Leadership Development – Participants engage in intensive leadership training, helping them to build strong communication skills, organizations, and strategic thinking. They learn how to advocate for themselves and others while driving positive change.

2. Skill-Building Workshops – Practical training equips individuals with marketable skills tailored to their interests and community needs. Topics may include financial literacy, entrepreneurship, digital skills, and vocational training.

Beyond leadership, the program incorporates hands-on, business-oriented training in the production of branded soap, detergents, and disinfectants like Clorox. Participants gain entrepreneurial knowledge, learning not only how to manufacture these products but also how to market and sell them, fostering financial independence.
